about college.....I mean I'm taking summer classes now and I just find it odd....maybe the fact that it's different from high school...idk....I guess I'm worried about fitting in...I mean I am going to be meeting a whole shitload of new people....I guess I'm worried because I'm not much of a night person I mean I only stayed up all night once in my life..the night of my senior prom......and I usually don't stay up past 10:30 just because I am too tired to do so.....these people all seem so different I mean they talk about getting drunk, having sex, and all these things I've never done, I guess I'm just worried...is it normal or should I be worried...what should I do?

I may go to Rider but I'll always be Marist Mike. Maria Sharapova is the future mother of my children.

I'm going to college this fall too. I'm a little worried, but I'm more pissed that I won't see any of my high school friends that much anymore. Otherwise, I'm fairly excited. I'm not gonna make any judgments about it though until about a week or two into the year.

Don't worry Mike. When everyone gets there in a few weeks you'll find out that there are tons of people that are into whatever you are.

Come to the next rf.net softball game, and you'll learn all about these things. Trust me.

Don't worry. It's definitely an adjustment but after a week or 2 you will be use to it.

Mike, have no fears. I'm going into my second year of college in Sept. This is what to expect...

Most of your H.S. friends are a thing of the past. You will grow apart. Make new friends right away. Imtroduce yourself to people. Find out who you like and stick with them.

It's nothing like H.S., College sucks major ass!! no more fun and games, time to start doing work.

What are you majoring in? make friends with people that have the same major you have. You have something in common and can study and cheat together.

Most important you have to go into school acting as if you are better then everyone. Who gives a fuck about losers who drink. Just laugh at them when you see them laying face down in the gutter.

The reputation you worked so hard to get in HS means NOTHING. All of that hard work for nothing. Start over and do everything the right way.

Ok, Grampa. How are those early bird dinners treating you?

Don't worry about getting drunk until you're twenty-one, then feel free to get shit-faced as long as you're not driving anywhere.

The sex will come around eventually... if not, try lowering your standards. Make sure you put on a jimmy-hat. My dad told me that when a girls says she's on the pill, she may mean that she's taking vitamins.

The biggest piece of advice I can give to you is don't try too hard.

you are going to be the kid on the floor who gets drunk, passes out in the community toilet, gets in trouble with the R.A. and then gets everyone in trouble.

whatever you do, try not to be this kid.

other than that, enjoy. I was never in your shoes, so I really do not have any advice for you.

if you were in 8th grade my advice would have been have sex and get drunk before you finish highschool (GOT THAT DUKE)

If you had to put a gun to my head I'd probably say chemistry
