Agreed. They work really well with the show, and the guys, however R&F could also use someone dedicated just to their show.

And back to the main issue in this thread, there is no huge conspiracy as to why they are playing some old Al Dukes this week; the before mentioned current employees are simply fans of the old WNEW days too. That's it...end of speculating! Those guys are radio fans too, and who doesn't love Al Dukes sharing a gay kiss?!

Not going to happen. Too many reasons why (which I have posted elsewhere), but it's just not going to happen as long as R&F are with Infinity, which will be for awhile since they signed a new contract, and put them on more stations.

It can be broken down like this, using recent census numbers:

Tampa Metro area - 2,441,256 residents

Baltimore Metro area - 2,552,994 residents *

Washington Metro area - 4,796,183 residents *

* The Baltimore and Washington metros combined comprise the nation's fourth largest consumer market.

And this could be just the beginning.

XM Basic subscirpiton base - 2 million listeners +

O&A Subscribers - 100s of thousands (maybe?)

Sat radio is the way of the future for syndication, and O&A are paving the way, but as long as R&F are with Infinity, and as long as Infinity is involved in terestrial radio only, they will not be joing O&A on XM.
