I don't know the whole history of Cigar Sid and The Cosmic Circus and don't know what's real about this "fight" but I do know the song is fantastic!

Who didn't drink when they were underage. I think I had my first beer in the 5th or 6th grade. I never had a drinking problem.

As for the song I think it is really funny good job Perry.

For those of you who did not hear the story Perry, Sid, Cherry, and a few other people went out one evening; during the course of the evening Perry's wallet was taken and money was removed from the wallet. No one knows what happened to the money. Sid gave Perry his wallet back and when he saw the money was gone Perry got pissed (understandable). He put Sid in a choke hold (I am not sure of the rest of the details). Sid went home on his way home he was driving on the wrong side of the road. The police pulled over Sid and he was unable to perform a breathalizer. They took Sid back to the station and he was still unable to perform a breathalizer.

Sid is now going to court for the suspicion of DWI. Hopefully he will get off if not he has learned a tremendous lesson. Drinking and Driving is a stupid thing to do. Many of us have done it and some of us have been caught doing it.

So that is some of the story behind the Sid DWI allegation.

For the record, I have never been arrested for DUI, DWI and have never had any legal trouble other than some minor drug charges. I damn sure never drove down the wrong side of the highway...in Fairfax
