R.I.P. Meece

My cat killed two mice yesterday and the day before, well techinically one.

My brother called me downstairs last night around 2am and pointed under the table where i saw a little flopping baby mouse and my cat pawing away. We didn't want to touch it so we steered it into a snapple bottle and my brother suggested keeping it as a pet but i told him to chuck the bottle outside, that it would escape and live wherever(wishful thinking).

Then i went back up into my room and heard the front door open around 15 minutes later, i gather he took my advice and put the bottle somwhere outside.

My cat killed Fievel. :[

You know, that's what a cat does....that's nature...sorry I can't help you any other way..except for the time my Beagle fought a Rottweiller (and won) defending me while I walked her..that's their jobs...protecting us!!!!

I know, i told my Dad and i think for the first time in 3 years he was actually happy to have the cat but still, it's a baby mouse, i had emotions, even if they were brief.

My ferret took on a doberman and won.....Gotta wonder about the ferret......or the doberman.....
