Why can't I call Ron and fez???? i have tried my cell phoe and land line....I keep getting a message that says that I can't connect to that number....can someone help me???

Because it's a special 800 number that only takes incoming calls from certain area codes.

In other words, call JFK's local number.

The interns have been instructed to take calls for on-air from the 866 numbers (from JFK management?), but sometimes they make exceptions.

The usual 866 number only works from around the DC area and certain parts thereof...When you call on the 202 number, just explain to the intern that you are from New York and can only get through using that number; Even though the staff is supposed to take the 866 callers in most cases, if you cant help it, they will understand and be flexible. When I first called the station in this manner, I had no trouble after I explained why I was using the 202 number..Good luck!
