Best Talk Radio Show

Simple question...which is your favorite radio show? I don't care who your second favorite, or your least favorite - just want to know which show is a favorite among people who visit this website.

(Sorry if I left off one of your favorites - I could have easily put "Loveline," "The Hideout." "Monsters," "Dr. Laura," "Liddy," "The Sports Junkies" or even "Paul Harvey."

Just curious - there are a lot of different people who come through this website on a daily basis, and one would think that R&F would come out on top; purely an unscientific way to find out if it's true.

Ron and Fez, for my money, have done the best radio show in syndication for the last 4 years. There's no real way or need to explain their magic on this board at least, but suffice to say, they just click for me, even when they've had their peaks interrupted by valleys in the DC move.

I think also among the best, for entertainment value, is Michael Savage. The guy just sucks you in if you give him a chance. His incredible mix of rightwing kookery and common sense are a fun mix.

I think Leykis in small doses does a very compelling show. The browbeat of the same thing is too much, but I think he'd do a great weekly show.

I also like Lionel late night on WOR. Just a very smart guy who's funny and a good listen if you haven't checked him out.

My vote goes to Ron and Fez. Yeah, obvious answer but even through their ups and downs they entertain me and make me laugh more than any other show. I truely believe they are the most talented show in radio history. They hold a special place in my heart.

Opie and Anthony get my 2nd vote. I've really been enjoying them on XM.

Also, I like The Hideout as a local show. They're still pretty amatuerish, though.

I don't get Ron & Fez anymore, so I'd have to say that John Bachelor has the best radio show right now. It's difficult to find a show on private radio as objective and informative as his.
