I seemed to have grown a second adams apple

I woke up this morning and I thought I was sick cause it felt like something was swollen in my neck, I turn on the bathroom light to see a second adams apple growing right ontop of my other one. God I hate acne. Im 24 years old and I still get a shit load of huge painfull zits. Its so fucking embarrassing!

probably not a tumor, its most likely your thyroid gland. you should go to the doctor post haste my friend. hyperthyroidism isnt pleasent.
