I Can't Eat McDonalds Anymore

For the past 5-6 months I been staying away from fast food. Keeping myself to a semi-strict diet. Semi-strict meaning I treat myself from time to time to other foods (not fast food) on week-ends. This and regular exercise at the gym has lead to me losing 35+lbs. By the summer I plan on being in the best shape of my life. But well, today since I been doing well at work and my bosses have noticed, I decided to get myself some good ol'Mickey D's. A number 2 LARGE! It's been so long since I've eaten this greasy fatty goodness. So I get home and eat this crap and love every bite....until that very last bite. It all hit me at once, the grease, the fat, the McNastiness. Ugh, my stomach is killing me. How could people eat this shit on the regular, how could I have eaten this crap on the regular? I feels like a brick in grease is turning in my stomach. I'll stick to my plan turkey on a roll and an apple.

Oh man my toilet is going to hate me in about an hour.

I can have White castles for breakfast, McDonald's double cheeseburgurs for lunch( $.99) and a wendy's Bacon Cheese with a chili for dinner( and wash that down with a six o' bud!)

Oh you catch me about a year ago and I could have eatten twice that and still have room for desert. But I guess staying away from it for awhile and eating the total opposite caused me to lose my iron stomach.

I never eat burgers from fast food places unless I'm staying home for the rest of the day. They taste so good, but move too fast through me. If I'm going out I'll just order chicken strips/tenders/mcnuggets. Those are fine.

I never been a consistent fast food eater, but there was a period when I was 16 or 17 when my friends and I started eating a lot of KFC - 3 or 4 times a week. A couple of years ago I decided to take a stroll down memory lane and try it again. Took about 15 minutes for my stomach to let me know how foolish an idea that was. Horrendous.

I had cut out junky fast food for a good 5 months until last week when I got finished from a late shift at work and swung by Wendy's for a couple of Classic Doubles with cheese.

Ouch.

I had one of the worst night's sleep of my life, and woke up feeling like I had a 20 pound weight in my stomach.

The body does NOT react well to sudden fast food.

I feel your pain Pantera... I also have stopped w/fast food in exchange for losing weight and getting into better shape... (dr phil says to replace things with other things...ahahhaha).

so over the last few months... very rarely have I even felt the need to break that habit.. if I really wanted something I'd go to KFC and get a twister wrap or something.. which by the way sin't very healthy either...oops!

So yeah.. I recently had McD's as well... I had my all time fav... Double Quarter Pounder w/cheese (no f'n picles though) and fries.. regular size... I cannot tell you how awful I felt b4 I even finished the sandwich.. I felt like I couldn't breathe cuz my stomach was bugging me so much... I chugged my drink and let out this massive burp that hurt my throat... It was so horrible that I threw out the rest of the fries.

And the crapper? Oh my.. Norton would have turned me down if I offered to dump on his chest... THAT'S how bad it i was? Looked like I threw an open bottle of yoo-hoo at a ceiling fan...
