My recollection might be a little fuzzy because I haven't heard that bit in a long time.  Paulo Costanzo came in to promote one of his movies (40 Days and 40 Nights, I think).  He came in on a drinking night in which Hawk was going up against some of the Ron & Fez girls.  Costanzo couldn't believe some of the stunts the girls were doing during the drinking game.  He started questioning how they could do such things and still feel good about themselves.  It brought the show to a screeching halt before his publicist could get him out of the studio.

Rutgar Haur is the classic one. 
Recently, I also thought the Bruce Campbell one was a little uncomfortable. WB started 2004 with trying to get new and timely guests - Bruce was actually in Washington to promote "Bubba Hotep," but neither Ron or Fez were really into him (I'm not even sure if Fez fired off any questions), and while they kept the conversation going (thanks to J-Dubs, who was a fan), they were definately distracted with the upcoming J-Dubs vs. Wonderboy BWM challenge which took place later in the show.

I'll also add this -- he can't do anything to me for this comment because he's thousands of miles away right now :) -- Yerdaddy fired off a question to Campbell about Sam Raimi and Holly Hunter, but got the facts wrong, which added to the uncomfortability of the interview.

Here's the clip. (http://www.ronfez.net/displaymedia.cfm/id/2704)  I just re-listened to it.  It's definitely an interview gone awry.  Hawk is loaded and taking shots at the guest.  The guest gets apalled because Ice Cream girl is willing to talk about masterbation on air.  The guest tries painfully hard to be funny from the beginning, and fails miserably.  To everyone's credit, the whole thing kind of gets pulled together near the end before the Miramax P.R. people wisk Paulo Costanzo out of the studio.

IMDB GOT IT WRONG! I just repeated it - wrong. And that interview was my idea. I take full responsibility. If you can find me in the next two months you can kick me in the nuts. Here's a hint: There was a movie about the hotel I visited earlier today. Good luck!
 
I rember an S&M guy who was uber uptight about the guys doing comedy during his "demonstration." They wrote some angry email to Ron the next day in some fucked up English. That was really uncomfortable.
