<p>My friend just started dating a Vegan chick and already, I fear for his life. She told him that McDonald's and other fast food places are commiting genocide. She also said that a rats life is equal to a human.</p><p>Are all Vegans like this?</p>

<p>Not necessarily.</p><p>My roommate's girlfriend is a vegan mainly because she wants to avoid all the chemicals and hormones and shit in &quot;normal&quot; food...and she hates animals.&nbsp; So much so, she doesn't want to eat them.&nbsp; She doesn't care if anyone else eats them...she just doesn't like it.</p><p>She's still an unbearable twat, and she looks malnourished and unhealthy ALL THE GODDAMN TIME.&nbsp; Something tells me being a vegan has a LOT to do with that.</p><p>Vegetarians I understand...being a vegan just seems insanely unhealthy.&nbsp; It's like de-evolution.</p>

one of my exes is a vegan...but would have honey....just remember there are different levels of vegansim...(well there is and there isnt) some vegans will say there isnt and some will say there is.&nbsp; The main philosophy of vegansim is to be compassionate to animals and love them.&nbsp; which in sense means dont eat or wear anything that has been killed.&nbsp; Some go over board and wont have honey, sugar(for some weird reason), milk butter things along those lines because of the way farmers get them from the animals.&nbsp; Vegansim is freaking weird and if I were i would stay as far away from vegans as possible...i went out with her for 2 years and al her little vegan friends were always around man and let me tell you these are some of the dumbest people alive.

I'm a vegetarian, and stupid chicks like this give us normal ones a bad name! I hate the "in your face" types that force their lifestyle on the rest of the world. If you want to not eat meat, fine, but shut up about it to those who do! Do your own thing to stop cruelty or whatever but know that telling someone they're disgusting for eating meat will not win them over. Back up your feelings with facts, but know that most people are not going to think the same way you do. And accept it. I have.
There are too many types of vegetarians and reasons to be one jammed into one big stereotype and I hate being stuck in it. It's stupid bitches like this one that make me have to patiently explain my stance every time someone finds out I'm a vegetarian because they automatically assume I'm psycho.

An exroomate of mine would switch between vegetarian and vegan but because she was poor her diet was mainly microwave popcorn and budweiser. One day she said fuck it all and now eats a more balanced diet. Her unhealthy yellowed skin is gone and her whole personality is a lot more upbeat.&nbsp;<div>Overall a strict vegan diet seems very to maintain let alone give your body the proper nutrition it needs.</div>
