So today I was waiting to cross Bell blvd. The light was green for the cars, but there were no cars on the first side of the street. So the 5 people waiting on the corner, including myself, decided to cross half the street and wait on the island in the middle for the other side to be clear. So we all get to the island in the middle and stop, except this one 15 year old girl who is yapping away on her cell phone. I look to see a car doing about 45 mph coming right for her. The other bastards just stand there and gasp when they see what's about to happen, but not me. I lunged out and grap this girl by the back of her jacket and pull her in JUST as the car flys by. She then proseed to give the car the finger and screams "FUCK YOU ASSHOLE! WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING!!" I swear to God I wanted to throw this idiot back into traffic. She was the one not watching where she's going. On top of it, she then runs away and yells out "Thanks!".What the hell is wrong with people?Hopefully this helps me with God and stops all the bad things that happen to me.

Well anyway, that's a good thing you did.  If she got hit, you'd have been there for HOURS with the police and maybe even have had to go to court to testify in the future as a witness.  Gay.

i know it sounds fuckin mean but, imagine this bitch gets her license,
and now she is driving down the street yappin on her phone, doesnt pay
attention to the RED light she has and blows it and hits 3 kids in an
intersection who were properly crossing. thats the kinda shit thats
gonna happen

am i the only person who believes that shit like that has to happen? let
me make my full point. if a car jumps the curb and is headed for the
girl, by all means, pull her back, she didnt do anything. but
come on, i occasionally cross streets when there is a green light cause
no cars are coming. if i was crossing when they had the green and i got
hit by a car, thats my fault and no one else's. this was this girls
fault. im not knocking you pants, you reacted and did a noble thing in
the realm of society, and its definately commendable. but i
dont wanna have people sit here and say what a tragedy it would have
been because, in actuallity, is it really tragic if somebody basically
kills themselves? its a choice. if someone walked up and shot you in
the head, thats a fuckin tragedy. if someone shot themselves in the
head, thats a choice they made, and im not gonna feel bad for them you
know who i woulda felt bad for had this happen, the driver. the driver
woulda had to spend the rest of their lives feeling sorry and dealing
with the fact they killed a 15 year old girl when it was cause she
basically stepped in front of the car. even though it wouldnt have been
the drivers fault, there is no way they wouldnt have felt bad. shit
thats the type of shit that scares people so much they never drive
again
