in the on going fish tank saga, today the mother black convict killed the father; ripping his guts out.  she's going after the oscar next.  hopefully i can get another fish tank before then.  of course she's overly protecting her babies, but i guess it's nature. i remember ron saying that all deaths in the animal kingdom end in murder.

One one hand I can appreciate when a word or phrase can offend someone, but in my opinion the offence is only valid when it is directed at a person.  We should all attempt to aim for a higher standard of appropriatness, but in Monsterones defence, his expression of anger in the use of a word was not aimed at any human, but rather at the creature that he obviously cares for and the behavior of other creatures around it and his helplessness to do anything about it. Not that Alice Fuzzybutts feelings arent justifiable and worthy of consideration and correct, but neither should Monsterone be limited in his expression. We all complain when the radio shows or whatever that we like are censored for certian language and this is also a case where its possible one or more of us may leave and thereby bring our numbers down (if one or more of us left, I mean).  If I could, I'd like to recommend that we all just think about that before we allow our feelings to get in the way of the other good things that goes on in here.
