The decapitated body of a 74-year-old country musician named Frederick Fulton was found on Fulton's kitchen floor. His head was in a pillowcase under a kitchen table. to be fair though, there's little CBP could have done. he was a us
citizen re-entering the US. He presented himself for examination and
there was little that would
constitute a hit needing verification, or an excuse to hold for another
agency. A court date wouldn't have appeared. the only way he could have
been
held by CBP would have been if the RCMP put out an active warrant on
him. Which as we know, they didn't. The media's
jumping on this because on the surface it seems that customs fucked up,
but not surprising, they're ignorant of the actual law and
proceedures.
