Now that WJFK is being streamed legally, I wanted to see if there was any call for a listening thread.  Post your comments while listening to the show here.  If this is successful, I don't think we'll start a new one for each day -- rather put all posts here, and the mods will start a new one if this thread gets too huge.

I get these calls all the time. A couple of weeks
ago it was the Ocean County Sheriffs Organization. I declined and the
next week it was the same guy calling with the same noisy background,
except this time it turned into the New Jersey Disabled Police Officers
fund. My mom gave money to these guys once, and she was supposed to get
mailed something and it never came. I think its a flat out
fraud.

Some of the callers on XM don't get the fact that O&A are poking
fun at racism. Lately, it's just been OVERT racism. I laugh at many of
these jokes just like the next guy, but the fact that comments like
this (http://www.wackbag.com/showpost.php?p=455048&postcount=25):
"black people dont have computers to vote.......unless they stole them"
gets applause and laughs show that some of these people really are just
bigots. That's not funny, it's stupid. Yet, because it's racist it gets
a laugh.
HOWEVER, the bit today with the black coverbands was pretty funny.

Well, today O&A were finally realizing what's
going on. I did laugh at that black coverbands bit today, but I knew
what that was coming from, and it was pure, nasty racism that's been
festering at Wackbag for a while now. I'm sure when O&A make racial
jokes a bunch of their listeners aren't just laughing, they're pumping
their fists and going "Right on!"

I hate those f***in' Ed McMahon PSAs.  The doorbell sounds just like mine and with the better sound on the official feed through the computer I'm constantly flinching.  What's worse, I'm dog-sitting this week and they start barking like crazy.Big picture though - Boy, it's GREAT to have these problems!

I'm definitely with Tenbats. I don't hate the guy,
but I just view him as radio cancer. I remember the first time he was
on the show, at least I think it was, because I was so perplexed. All
he did was tell some guy from Baltimore over and over again that he had
VD because Baltimore was the VD capital of the world. I thought it was
stupid, but R&F and everyone was laughing. I haven't found much of
what he's done funny, I don't identify with anything he says, and this
bit right now stinks.

That might have been the most overt hint yet. And, yes, Ron did sneak in a little Your Mom's Box.Which
I have to admit, even thought I want them on XM, would suck. I REALLY
enjoyed this week. Reminded me why this is my favorite show. I like
O&A, and when O&A are really in the groove they can be funnier
than R&F, R&F are more consistent while O&A can get into
some awful lulls. If they do leave WJFK please let their absence from
the airwaves be a brief one.

 I got some race
pictures (Fez got pissed because I blinded him), and one of the interns
got a grainy phone picture one of Keisha whipping off her red silk robe
(nothing to be ashamed of! Hubba! Hubba!) I really thought something
(or things) were going to pop right out there on King Street. Keisha is
a trooper and did a great job - at the time, everyone at the finish line thought she was going to win the race, actually. The mic was a phone, btw.

Hi.  I am a big Opie and Anthony fan.  I listen to them
daily on XM Satellite Radio.  Tonight is the first time I ever
decided to listen to Ron and Fez.  They sound funny, but, come
on!  Internet radio is worse than commerical radio! LOL!   I hope they come to XM, because High Voltage is cool and all, but, I think it needs another show on it! The funny thing is, R&F used to be on where I am.  I am in Tampa, Florida, listening on WJFK.com.

I agree with Wadd AGAIN!  WTF!  Those guys piss me off sooooo much.  Especially when I got in an argument (surprise I know) with a guy in a hockey game about politics.  He pulled that card and the fact bc of it I don't have a clue.  So we actually get into it (the benefit of arguing during a hockey game) and one of his buddies breaks it up and reminds him that if his parole officer found out he'd be in deep shit.  Turns out he was discharged from the marines dishonorably and got arrested for hitting his girlfriend.  Yah, and he pulled the I was in the military card to shut ME up!  Don't worry, I took him out with a great check and landed a few good punches as well.  He never touched me.

Damn. Are the boys talking aboot the new INXS show??  I wanted to hear their take on it but, I'm unable to listen for a little while.BTW.... Navarro is only the co-host.  He's not IN the band although, he did jam with them for two mins at the beginning of the show.

tonight. What is the call in number? The 866 number on the RF.net
frontpage doesn't work for me for some reason. Thank God for internet streaming!!!
