I just pulled my hanstring and I'm in alot of pain. I got ice and an ace bandage around it, but my toes feel numb. Anyone know what will relief the pain? What's the best way to heal this quick. I cant afford to lose work over this.

Thats the kind of thing thats a bitch when you wake up, but will feel
better over the course of the day. I dont think you'll miss work,
unless its torn. If its torn, you wont be able to get out of bed, and

Well I dont think it's torn because I can walk, with little pain. I just cant fully stretch out the leg and put pressure on it. I know I'm going to feel it in the morning. This fucking sucks! Anyone have any vikes?

They say there's bleeding and swelling that goes on inside the muscle.
Is it bruised/swollen? You might want to take some aspirin to take down
the swelling, along w/ the ice pack and elevation Dr Hottub recommended

I strained my rotator cuff last week.  Ice and asprin are the way to go.  After a few days i was feeling much better

I fucking did it again and this time it's bad! I was feeling good and decided to join the team this week. Unfortunatley I was running out a ground ball hit to third and I felt the sharp pain once again. This time I didnt get up. I'm fucking shot! I dont think I'm going to be able to play the RF.Net game, but I will be there. :(I'm in so much pain right now I wanted to fucking cry when it happened.

Dude, do you ever watch baseball? Or any other sport? Whenever a
player gets a hamstring pull, they're always super cautious about
bringing them back too soon, because they get re-injured so easily. I'm putting you on the DL son. You're out 4-6 weeks.
