My ass hurts

The past week has been hell on my anus.  I don't know why, but it itches and hurts all the time.  I'm figeting in my chair to try and scratch my ass like a dog rubbing his on the carpet.  The only relief I get is in wiping and showering when I run hot water into it.  everything else is anal agony.
