<p>I'm gonna copy what I found on another messageboard.</p><p> </p>PLEASE STICKY THIS! Okay hi as u can see i'm new. But not new to this
forum. I've been watching over it learning the rules. Finding out whats
spaming and not. And i love it. You guys are awesome. But i always see
people saying i can't make a soundboard anyhelp? Then theres the
response Google It. Well i'm here to help Here are the step by step

1. Download Macromedia flash 2004. You can download it by going to <a target="_blank" href="http://www.download.com/Macromedia-Flash-MX/3000-6676_4-10227159.html?tag=lst-0-1">This.</a> <br />
<br />
2. Now your going to want to Create a new Flash document by click flash document.<br />
<br />
3. Now you should find some celebrity sounds. You can record them from your t.v. Or you could take them from other soundboards.<br />

4. Now that you have your sounds go back to your new flash document.
Click File (in the top left hand corner) Then go down to Import <strong>></strong>
And choose Import to Library. Import all of you celebrity sounds. If
the library isn't to your right. Then hold Control (Ctrl) and press L.
It should pop up to your right.<br />

5. Now if you want to resize your sound board from the normal 550x400
Go to properties with is the little tab at the bottom. And click where
it says 550x400 pixels and change it to what you want. <br />
<br />
6. No your going to make your first button! Use the rectangle tool (
The square to your right) and make a square or rectangle. Choose a
color of your choice. And then use the text tool (the "T" to your
right) And type what one of your sounds are. For example Hello.<br />
<br />
7. Now select it with the lasso tool the circle with the line. Press F8
on your keyboard and choose button and click okay. Now doubule click on
your button and four frames will come up. UP, Over, Down, Hit. Right
click in the Down frame and choose insert keyframe. <br />
<br />
8. Now find the sound you made the text in the library and drag it onto
the soundboard your making. Now a little squiggle should come up in the
frame you added the keyframe in. <br />
<br />
9. No repeat these steps till your out of sounds.<br />

12. If you want to make a menu. On the first frame Make buttons for what you want to go to if it's different characters. <br />
<br />
13. on the first frame go to the actions tab at the bottom above properties. And enter this script. stop();<br />
<br />
14. Do this on the frames your making the soundboards are on. Now for
the menu buttons. click on them once then go to the actions tab and
enter this script, <br />

on(release) {<br />
gotoandplay();<br />
}<br />
<br />
In between the () after gotoandplay put the frame that you made the
soundboard on. so if your making a star wars soundboard. And you have
an R2-D2 soundboard made on frame 3. Make put the three in. and put
this on the R2-D2 button.<br />
