They held enough demonstrations to show that if they rose up like the Sunnis, we'd have far far more problems on our hands. We cannot move on Iran because the Iraqi Shiites in our rear would rise up and plunge Iraq into even more turmoil. So we are left with giving them concession after concession, just to keep them quiet.</p><p>We stopped going after Moqtada al-Sadr.</p><p>We let them run their own areas with their own po-lice and their own local government and their own judicial system.</p><p>We let them base their constitution on the Koran.</p><p>And now they have a veto on us moving militarily in Iran.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br />&nbsp;</p>
