First and foremost I am not a racist I actually happen to be black.   I just hate when people try to make certain things ethnic. Everything about Santa Claus is based on things not from Africa. There is no history of santa claus in Africa. To me to make Santa Claus black is like making James Bond hispanic or asian. James Bond is a white guy. It's clearly spelled out in the books written by Ian Fleming.

How about a black Buford Pusser? He was an actual person, who ended up being played by a black guy (even though the character's name was changed in the remake).

I love Black Santas.
