In my whole life I never heard someone say someone was bad at doing their job without saying what they were bad at. Maybe one day, if you ever have a job, you will get fired and your boss will say, because you aren't good at your job without telling you why.Than maybe you will understand what you havent answered me.

Damn 34 pages on Earl in just a few days!Here's my two cents:I think Earl has been doing a great job and he's funny (in a straight man sorta way) on the air.  Giant Brian has been my favorite R & F producer, but I think Earl's a close second.

I gave you a list of things a producer does. Which items is he bad at? My god, how can you judge someone's skills if you don't even know what the skills are? How much simpler can I make it? I didnt turn the question around. I showed you how stupid your statement is. You yourself don't know what you don't like about him. Just that you don't like him. I've given you opportunity after opportunity to explain yourself but you just can't or don't. Obviously anyone can have an opinion but some opinions are stupid. You are the kind of person who would say in your opinion Bill Gates is a bad programmer, but not even know what a program was.Once again, Igave you a list of responsibilities a producer does. Don't bother.  Seriously, don't bother.  This is why this thread has gone on this long.  He believes that Earl is a bad producer because he believes that Ron's remark that the show went better without Earl the day he was late because of the transit strike went beyond being just a joke.  Also he relies on statements by R&F leading up to the BRC show that the BRC show was taking away Earl's attention from R&F.  Also, he relies on what he senses from what he here's on air.  That is his opinion. R&F's praise of Earl, an IM from Ron stating that Earl may be their best producer ever, andthe fact that GHS doesn't really know what a producer does don't dissuade him from his opinion.  It's best to just let it go.

Ron threw out the comment today that Earl is a great producer.  I am surprised you did not jump on it yet, he threw that out there for all of you and for sensitive Earl.  Despite saying this Ron continually mentioned that things were not in their place today or things weren't going right.  Which one is true ?

Time for a mercy killing.  GHS, no one has been able to convince you that Earl is a good producer.  No matter what you are offered, it isn't sufficient to change your mind.  That's fine -- it's your opinion, and it's not our responsibility to change your mind.  Likewise, you have been unable to convince anyone that Earl is a sub-par producer, and you really haven't added anything new in the last 15 pages.  With that in mind, I'm pulling the plug on this thread.  It really has no function at this point except post-whoring and attention-whoring.
