Christmas Bonuses/Raises

Did anyone get a year end bonus? I am in the financial services area and this was the 1st year I did not get a bonus. They were only given to upper management this year. However i did get a 3% raise which means about $75 per pay period i will be careful not to spend it all in 1 place

I got $150.&nbsp; I was really surprised because my boss laid off a few people recently.&nbsp; I guess maybe the money he saved there helped him give us all a bonus?&nbsp; I don't know, all&nbsp;I do know is it's all going in an envelope to my Mother for Christmas.

<p>i got $ 3,000 in cash bonus and only got a $ 2,000 yearly raise cause we went down as an office in profits this year, but instead of the usually 15% contribution my office contributes to my 401K they will contribute 25% of my salary. Which is not bad considering i made $68,000.00 this year.I will take whatever they give me at this point. B/c reading what the majority get i am pretty damm lucky at what i get. That is for a 26 year old who never finished college (9 credits short).ÿ AS god as my witness i will never call my boss a anal tight ass anymore.</p><p>ÿ</p><p>ÿ</p><p>"Wheels on Fire...Rolling down the road...Best notify my next of kin...This wheel shall explode."</p>

<p>Man you people who get amazing raises and nice bonuses are extremely lucky.</p><p>I work for a Fortune 500 Company that makes 5 billion a year and the max raise given is 2%(which does not even match cost of living) and no one gets Year End bonuses except for VP's and above.&nbsp; And of course there is over 100 VP's we are very top heavy. </p>

we don't find out about our bonus/raise until march.&nbsp; the raise is typically about 3-5% depeniding on your review&nbsp;and a bonus around $2K-3K...though after taxes i think that comes out to about $50-100.&nbsp; last year i got a 18% raise, which was nice, but I know I won't get that this year.&nbsp;
