I mean Dickweed was right on one point.  Ron and Fez could do a great show in ANY circumstance.  I think the turmoil that followed O&A getting dumped showed us that even in that environment, they were great.In DC we saw A LOT of frustration from the boys, but still, a great show.  Somewhat different, but still our buddays.Now they have Earl.  They're doing really funny radio again, doing funny bits, sounding more on and comfortable than they have in years.  That is proof enough that Earl is doing a great job.  He does his job so that all Ron and Fez have to do most days is be themselves instead of worring if their support staff can hack it.
