<p>Well, the town's New Year's Eve fireworks spectacular is over and the kids are put to bed.&nbsp; Most of you are just getting ready to head out for the evening but thankfully, my night is blessedly over.&nbsp; Now I can just relax for the rest of the night - get some loving and fall asleep early.</p><p>They say its not a party until someone throws up and someone gets naked.&nbsp; At the end of my small&nbsp; party, my 2 year old lost his cookies on my wife's shoulder and my 3.5 year old daughter changed into her pajamas the living room.&nbsp; So there you go.&nbsp; Rock on.</p><p>Happy 2006.&nbsp; I'm opening another beer and putting on the pajamas.&nbsp; I&nbsp;embrace being old.</p>

<p>Did anyone see ABC's New Years Special? A few things </p><p>-Mariah
Carey looks like she weighs about 250 and she was wearing a real sexy
dress. I kept thinking it must be a bad angle, but they showed her from
every angle and one was worse than the other. She's well on her way to
becoming the next Aretha Franklin. And she still thinks she looks
fabulous. <br />
</p><p>-Dick Clark was really tough to watch. You couldn't understand
half of what he said. I felt bad for the guy, but it was really rough
to watch. </p><p>-Regis was everywhere. He's on ABC doing his &quot;Millionaire&quot; bit. Then you see him on Fox hosting the show after midnight. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Well this NYE had it's ups and downs. </p><p>The Ups were that I actually had a good time. I spent NY with some friends who I knew a little well and drank and laughed and talked alot. It was good times. </p><p>However, the women whose house it was decided to play porn on the TV and get retarded drunk WHILE HER KIDS WERE STILL IN THE HOUSE. And the kids were like 9 and 6. WAY TO GO MOM! She even had ME put her little girl to bed. This woman never met me before in her life and she was asking me to carry her kid from&nbsp;her bed to her little girls bed. Eeesh.&nbsp;Get ready for Jerry Springer while you are at it!</p><p>Someone also thought it was a good idea to pour/spray champagne and red wine all over everyone, so my white shirt got destroyed. And as the night progressed and my hostess, who was all over me, kept asking me to stay and suck opn her sweater (since it had ALL the champgane in it) the answer to both were NO! SO as she guilted me into her bedroom, I just waited for her to get into bed (I NEVER got undressed because I knew she was too drunk to notice) and as soon as her head hit the pillow it was lights out. I put on my shoes and drove 2 hours to get home. Yes I would have rather driven home to sleep with that drunk thing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>But I did get some of my drink on and by the time I had to drive home I was sober....so all in all....good times 30&nbsp;&nbsp; Bad times 21........Good times wins out!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>How was everyone else's?&nbsp;</p>
