If they don't really mention it and don't even joke about it, I'm guessing some family stuff or personal/mental problems.

it's been quiet for both Harry and i haven't heard much if any of Billy lately...  maybe it's just a financial thing, XM being a little shrewd with their money?  just a guess

I dont think its financial although XM has shown their stingy side (Lazlow show, they wouldnt pay them enough (another blatant plug and more parenthesis)). I kinda think he got pissed off with his Mom bit , was very quiet during it the last time it went on. Wouldnt be surprised if he took a "vacation".

After listening to the show today and hearing Ron's oblique reference to how East Side Dave has been "hanging around all week" I can only conclude that Harry is yesterday's news and the show has a new assistant producer.

East side Dave is a much better fit for the show,and will do a better job without the passive aggression.Harry overstayed like a bad guest.Ask Anthony,who even took away Harry's moniker and assigned it to Stern.

I missed a week of shows or so a while back and when I started listening again, Harry was off so I've never heard the audio surrounding his departure. But it's got to be a running gag at this point. I think he got fired/quit and they're just going to let Harry go down as a great unsolved mystery in R&F history. Although if turns out that he just walked out on some kind of mental breakdown leave and he comes walking back in the doors one day in the future, it'll be pretty funny to hear him explain himself. <img src="http://hometown.aol.com/kconner21685/Blog_Pics/welshie.jpg" border="0" /> RIP Welshie
