I will never ever buy or use a service from any business that puts a person by the side of the road in a costume.There is a tax preparation place near where I live that has liberty in there name and for the past 2 weeks they have had a girl dressed as the Statue of Liberty standing by the side of the road waving to cars.I hate it. One, I won't take anyplace that does it seriously and second I feel bad for the person that does it. sure its a job but come on to stand for hours on end just ain't right.

I don't know if we're talking about the same place or not but there is a Liberty Tax place about two blocks from my house, on Route 18 in East Brunswick, NJ.  This place is driving me insane.  I get stuck at that traffic light about six times a day and it's always like a surreal Dawn of the Dead scene where this haggard woman in a Statue of Liberty costume wanders over to my car, comes right up to my window and tries to force a flyer on me.It was cute the first day they did it and they were handing out foam Statue of Liberty crowns.  I got one for my daughter.  But, it's been going on every day for two or three weeks now.  On the weekends they've got a GUY in the Statue costume and two guys in Uncle Sam costumes.  They're all obviuosly Mexican day laborers who they're probably paying five dollars a day. (Kind of ironic that their dressed as American icons - huh).I'm with you.  I would never ever frequent this place of business out of principal alone.  However, from my observation they're doing crazy business.  The parking lot is always full and there's people constantly going in and out of there.

Near where I work is a place called Dolpin Fitness and they have a person in a dolphin suit waving at cars on the side of the road in front of it.  I believe it is a girl because of the way she's waving, but I cant be sure. She seems to be thin, and for some reason, it mildy excites me that it could be a hot girl in the suit.  But since I cant be sure, I do not allow the fantacy to get out of hand, because it could be a guy for all I know.  But I am kind of turned on at the prospect of having sex with a hot sweaty girl in a dolphin suit.

I always forget.  Which ones are the Furries and which ones are the Plushies?  I guess it doesn't really matter -- they both creep me out.

I've always wanted to do this if I had a store. Hire a belligerent drunk to wear a clown suit. And when the kids come up to him, he'd say something like "Fuck you ya lil prick! I hate kids!" and all the little kids would run away crying. Mean, but funny.

Sadly enough at my old job, I dressed up as a parrot and sat on Rt.18 south waving at people/etc.Depressing when you stand there for 6-7 hours..and being heckled by people passing by."Polly want a new jobby?"
