When did the Ron Fez show go to three hours? Didn't they use to be four hours?Didn't O & A bust on shows that get an hour taken away yesterday?I dunno, could be wrong, help me out.

First post, good point.Ironically, yes, they did bust on some FREE FM guys who are now down to 3 hours.

Ron and Fez has been a 3 hour show since it came to XM.

They were 3 hours from the start. But this issue was addressed when then came over to XM. Without all the commercial breaks, they are doing at least the same amount in 3 hours on XM as they would do in 4 hours on terrestrial radio.

Opie also bashed shows with the Midday timeslot. Then tried to backpeddle and say talk radio and satellite radio is different.  It would be great if R&F could get 3-7. They already have been on XM for a few months, I think they can handle a 4 hour show.

I'd love a 4 hour XM R&F Show. We can only wait and see how things shake out, though. As Babo said, they are still doing the same amount of show as they were doing for the commercially bloated WJFK, but the truth is there are shows out there on sat doing four hours (Monsters, O&A), and Stern is actually doing five.On the flip slide, it's not egg-sactly apples to apples, but I think Jim Bruer's show on Sirius is 2 hours every day, and Bam Margera does a pretty good show that (I think) is only on once week for an hour or two.

I would love R&F to go to the 3-7 shift, but will "XM" be willing to pull O&A from the afternoon drive (EST)?  There are those unenlightened listeners that are still pissed that Ron & Fez have screwed up the 11a-3p O&A replay and wish 202 was all Opie & Anthony all the time (like it was before).Also, I think a 4 hour show would be much more gooder.  I can understand R&F being a 3 hour show initially, just so they could feel more comfortable on the new format and not have to prepare too much more than they did on terrestrial radio.  They have been on XM for 5 months now; IMO they should be "ready" to bump up to the full 4 hour slot.  But, it is entirely up to them -- they are the professionals and my opinion doesn't really count.

They need 4 hrs, thats a given.  but xm needs to replay them at 7 instead of three O&A replays in a row.  I love O&A but the buddays need a better replay time slot.

it really would be great if r&f  have a 4hr show and yes xm needs to have a better way of doing their replays but i think earlier last week or this week opie hinted that they have "big plans" for ron & fez so im assuming thats what he was refering to, as well maybee that's what e-lo was also hinting at as well when he gave his cryptic message.

I admit I have found R n' F more entertaining than O n A lately....

As far as having good conversations and interesting topics and guests to talk about R n' F are way ahead of the other two...and I think I'm personally at this stage looking for something a little more "intelligent" in my comedy rather than just tooling on people....

And West Virginia sucks...

I used to be into O n' A a lot more cause I was able to hear them more,
now im in a position where I can hear Ron and Fez a lot more often and
am starting to enjoy them more... I like both shows

I was hoping that by now XM would open up another channel for replays of R&F and some newcomers to try out for permanent spots.There have to be good shows out there just waiting to be picked up.I spend SO little time listening to music at age 48,when all the decades before I couldn't get enough.Sure I listened to Stern since 89 and talk radio,but ecah year less and less music.I'm the type of person who went out at night supporting local rock bands for over 25 years,not the stay-at-home type.I'm single,so it allowed me more than typical freedom as far as my time.              I don't expect my wishes and desires to be fulfilled,and I'm not so naive' to think that XM really cares about O&A,R&F,Stern,Local rock bands,a single guy in Delaware,or listeners who fit in the minority categories.          Like many others I'll complain and wait for others to get the ball rolling.No,I'm not the BLOWHARD LOL :)http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a45/JLehane/anthonymunster5ky.jpgPS by wackbagger Greyfool 88

Alright, a cover, I'll give you that. But did you just want to ignore the part where I said "#1" because that certainly isn't on the cover, just as Maryland certainly isn't in the top #25 anymore while the Mountaineers move into the top 10.I never really had that big of a problem with Maryland. You just started busting on WVU while this year's football and basketball teams are just incredibly better than Maryland.
