I understand your feelinds Perry, but my take on this is slightly different.I think he's obsessed with her not because he wants to put the old fake tanned meat in her, but because he's an attention starved celeb and he thinks she's his best "in" with the press at this point.

i think you hit the nail on the head. can we say attention starved. come on, i
dn't think anyone watched his show to see him. but to hogan's defense. i was
once a 16 yr old girl and thought my parents had no taste in clothing either.
what 16 yr old girl with money & a body like that wouldn't want to show it off.

I guess what disturbs me most about Hogan is his actions towards his daughter.  I have zero problems with her style of clothing- she is somewhat of a celebrity so I guess she needs to have an image - But it's just disturbing to see a grown man - 53 yrs old I think - stalking his daughter.  Last season he put a GPS unit in her car so he could track her every move.  He taps in to her private phone calls - blah- This season he flat out stalks her.  He sits in his car outside of the house she is staying at - He is paying pizza delivery men to not only deliver pizza, but inspect the house for drugs or guys. He hired an air conditioner repair man to spy on her and the house - He found some birth control pills and Hulk went nuts.  There is being over protective and then there is stalking and obsession. I dunno maybe it's just me - but I would think a 17 yr old chick needs her privacy and more than that - TRUST.  Its just creepy seeing hogan stalk his daughter - eye her up and down in every scene - bring up sex EVERY chance he can with her - and then have the nerve to say " we're the anti- osbournes" - YES - he is coming off like Joe Simpson big time only worse.

I'll play Devil's Advocate here.  I saw Hulk interviewed when this show first started. Maybe Donny Deutch, I know, a horrible show.Hulk said something to the effect he's held onto the money he's made over the years.  But his daughter, more than anyone in the family, wanted to do this show because she's trying to launch a show-business career (singing, I think).If this is true, that would explain the outfits and him pushing her in front of the cameras. I also wonder how much of the action on these shows are real or fabricated.Jessica Simpson's father, on the other hand, is just creepy.

My g/f wanted us to get the Howard Stern On Demand channel, which was on $6.99 a month and for which she will be footing the bill, and I watched his interview with Hulk Ho gan & family and found it moderatley entertaining.Hogan came off pretty cool. The wife was a bit of a clown, the daughter was annoying and the son had an occasionaly witty comment.What annoyed me, and the reason I so hate Stern now, is he kept harping on the daughter/sex thing.Then it was Hogan and his wife's sex, then the son's sex, and then back to the daughter.It was cool when they talked about steroids, how wrestling is fake, old school Mr T.
