it gets better. They have 2 baskets, keeping one as a backup, when there is another tram on the other side they havent gotten to yet. HOW BOUT USE ONE BASKET ON EACH SIDE. <br />

On Oand A this morning they played&nbsp; a news report stating that one of the first thing rescuers brought to the people trapped was diapers. Yuck

I'm wondering why the rescue effort took so long to start.&nbsp; The tram stopped at 5:20pm, the rescue didn't start until 10pm.&nbsp; Considering this isn't the first time it has been stuck, who is running it and why don't they have a more efficent evacuation&nbsp;plan?&nbsp;
