You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I just woke up from a dream in which R&F broadcasted everyday out of a house and i lived downstairs and was allowed to just walk up and down during the show, and then proceeded to dream about watching a dramatized movie about the R&F story in which there was a montogue containing cheesy dancing.

ok new ron and fez wierd dream to report; i had a dream i bumped into photoshop mike while leaving fez's house, which resembled a mall for some reason, and then hung out with ronnie b at his home and drank congac at the bar in his den, but here's the best part, ron was dressed like Meatloaf including the crazy long Meatloaf hair.
