joking aside. I too am on a big health kick. i have dropped 17 lbs with the fat smash diet & excerise. I feel great, but still feel sluggish in the afternoon. I did start taking a multi vitamin when I eat my lunch and am go for a 2 mile walk around 5:00 with my puppy to get through that afternoon blahs. I suggest you do the same, just not with my puppy.
When you change your eating habits your body tends to shut down during the transition. This would make you feel tired, also after the first 2 weeks of regular excerise your body is getting more oxygen into the bloodstream making you feel tired until the body adjusts. Stick it out. you will feel great. i quote Billy crsytal "When you look good, you will feel good, and baby you look marvelous"

Get some Vitamin B complex, but not the pill form, get the stuff you put under your tongue for 30 seconds, that's the best way to take it. Wal Mart sells the liquid for about $6.

So far thanks. However I am not trying to lose weight. If anything I can gain a couple of pounds. I do need to work a tad on my tummy though

never really taken any vitamins for any extended period of time. one thing i heard is you have to make sure they are a brand that will break down in your tummy. some don't and you wind up pooping most if not all of it out...

B-Complex as earlier suggested a great one for energy. If you're exercising alot I'd go with a low dosage of Niacin also to replenish (make sure you get the no-flush variety, unless you want to scare the shit out of yourself), Vitamin E, Ephedrine if you can still find it. Shame it got banned. And of course one plain-Jane Centrum vitamin.

I don't do the Gel-caps or liquids, fat-soluable(will be absorbed) and can remain in your system for a really long time. Too much is a bad thing with them.
