He was way off.. I personally dont care about his opinions on the drug companies, but he was acting like a nutjob all over TV jumping on furniture and stuff. I was a big greenday fan back over 13 years ago and a big fan of NOFX, but those two bands are spending more time writing political crap than good music and its a huge turn off.&nbsp; My music is an escape for me.. not a time to dwell on one political theme thats been beat into the dirt.</p></font>

For me anyway, reading the last few pages of posts was like an object lesson.<br /></p><p>The idea that folks shouldn't be concerned when an artist is squeezed out ot the marketplace due to expressing ideas that are at odds with the interests of a ruling party (or a powerful corporation, or really any power) is madness.&nbsp; If it doesn't give you pause, then you're not paying attention.&nbsp; When Walmart can dictate the content of video games, force artists to change album covers &amp; lyrics, etc etc... This is bad for art, bad for free speech, bad for the very fundamental basis of America.</p><p>When a small group of corporations dictate what art has a chance to find an audience, we're all guaranteed to be losing out.&nbsp; Whether the small group of corps are CBS + ABC + Clear Channel etc, or Walmart + Target etc... lot of people, its their only access to things like video games.&nbsp;
I don't think they cower in fear, but what Wal Marts wants does have an

Far as I can tell two hosts were there at the beginning of the show. I saw nothing different.</p>

lot of people, its their only access to things like video games.
I don't think they cower in fear, but what Wal Marts wants does have an
influence on what they put out.<br />
