The end of the line

What do you do when you feel you are at 'the end of the line' and you cant find anyone to chat. I tried calling all sorts of friends but they are either busy or what have you. I am just at a point where I dont know where I am going to go. And I am desperate if I am typing it here...I have exhausted all my means where I am...
