<p>Saw a post about the slow site this weekend and wanted to share something from last night...</p><p> </p><div class="page-header">
<h1>Network Status Report - <span style="font-size: 75%;">Tuesday, May 30th, 2006 </span></h1>
</div>
<div class="content-area">
<div>
<p><strong>We had a technical issue over the weekend that slowed ad delivery on some of our publisher's sites</strong>.
And depending on each site's HTML (specifically, the way AdBrite is
integrated into HTML tables), our slowness caused some sites to appear
slow to their users.</p>
<p>
We're upgrading our systems and fixing the problem, and today has been smooth so far. <strong>We do not expect any problems like this in the future.</strong> But if there are any future issues we think you'd want to know about, we'll post them right here. </p>
<p>
In an unrelated issue (when it rains it pours), we experienced an
internal email problem over the weekend that slowed responses from our
customer service team. Normally we try to respond to emails within 12
hours -- usually sooner. If you've sent in a query and haven't yet
received a response, that's why. You will get a response as soon as
email us back up, promise! </p>
<p>
Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for using AdBrite. </p>
