the staff has been slacking on fact checking the prep sheets which has caused guests to be displeased with fez for giving out incorrect info. Larry Clark shot Fez a nast look when he read the wrong website today and it really got to Fez. Earl said it was his mistake because he was too busy teaching ESD. Then ESD came in to defend himself and just made things worse.

Earl keeps throwing this back at Dave and I dont particularly like it. If he is taking full responsibility and is saying that its due to Dave needing training then he needs to say "Im sorry, Im going to spend more time training Dave so this does not happen again". It seems like he keeps bringing Dave back in because he knows Dave will take the heat off of him.

It's not often that Ron lets his emotions get the best of him, and somehow today he was still able to contain himself even though he was clearly seething. He's a far better man than I am because by now I probably would've pushed both Earl and Dave down the stairs after all of their fuck ups and finger pointing. Even Fez has handled the producer problem with kid gloves, but he's due for a major eruption as well.

Even through his rage, though, Ronnie still cracked me up. His line about wanting to cut Dave's head off and bowl with it was hilarious, but even better when he said "when the police came to take me away I'd be sitting there cackling."

God bless Ron and Fez for being able to find humor in almost any situation, and for being able to do an unbelievable radio show even when they're being sabotaged by their own staff.

This will make you feel better: Each championship for the 4 major sports has been in Florida within the last 5 years.

Damn, I thought it was De La Soul at first.

Mirror, mirror on the wall
Tell me, mirror, what is wrong?
Can it be my De La clothes
Or is it just my De La song?
What I do ain't make-believe
People say I sit and try
But whan it comes to being De La
It's just me myself and I
