Got it. All correct answers are divisible by 9. The symbols constantly change to reflect to right answer. Correct answers are 9, 18, 27, etc...

How did my right number nine come up all three times if the symbols change to refect that?

telecaster7 wrote:
Got it. The nine thing sounds correct. I stared at a different number than the one I should have (hey, I'm a rebel) but the symbol for the correct number came up.

it's anything that is a derivative of 9. any two digit number you can take, add it's digits, then subtract the sum gives you a derivative of 9. All derivitives of 9 on the board are the same symbol. Whee.
