Got it. All correct answers are divisible by 9. The symbols constantly change to reflect to right answer. Correct answers are 9, 18, 27, etc...

The nine thing sounds correct. I stared at a different number than the one I should have (hey, I'm a rebel) but the symbol for the correct number came up.

<p>it's anything that is a derivative of 9. any two digit number you can take, add it's digits, then subtract the sum gives you a derivative of 9. All derivitives of 9 on the board are the same symbol. Whee.</p>
