I have this bizarre fear.

Rubbing my fingernails through a bar of soap.&nbsp; Like taking your four fingers (not thumb) and scraping them back and forth through a bar of soap, pretend the keyboard was the soap and now take your finger and put them between, say, the number row and the qwerty row, now scrape back and forth.&nbsp; I can hardly get myself to do that with soap.<br /><br /><br />I have no idea why but for as long as I can remember the act of scraping my fingernails through a bar of soap sends chills down my spine and I can hardly do it.&nbsp; Just thinking about it makes me cringe.&nbsp; It's the same sort of feeling people get when they scratch a blackboard.&nbsp; <br /><br />Oy.&nbsp; Maybe I was abused with soap when I was younger.<br />

i feel your pain, if a little bit of soap gets under my nail i freak out and panic until i get it outa there.

i bite my nails down so far that i don't have that worry...&nbsp;&nbsp; i just have to use a fork or needlenose pliers to get knots out of my shoelaces and sweatpant strings
