I was working with one of our clients to get a really hot bond proposal out. He appreciated the effort, and went to B&W Bakery to get me a still warm Crumb Cake. I thanked him. Put the luscious treat on my desk, and continued to work.

Then it was time to go. I grabbed my paperwork and keys, then left. Leaving my love behind. Getting cool and stale as we speak. I am such a dope! I hope it is still half of what it was in the morning. If any of you have ever had this treat, you will understand why I am upset!

the cleaning people are gonna be lovin you and that crumbcake...

if it's still there i'm sure it will still be delicious... pop it in the micro for a little bit

Tub...how could you?

Any Northern New Jersey resident knows a crumb cake from B&W is more precious than silver or gold.

Your carelessness shocks me.

Do you leave your kids and the dog locked in the car in July with the windows closed?

G, I know. I should be ashamed.

Do you think if it were an Entenmann's or BDC crumb I would have started a thread?

Stop by in the morning, I'll cut you a nice piece.

I may just take you up on that offer.

I have a few deadbeat customers in South Hackensack that I'm chasing down for money.

The only place I've ever been to in(or, technically on the way to) Montauque, is THE LOBSTER ROLL!
I hear they've upgraded crumb cakes to color nowadays.

Lobster rolls rock. But get the RIGHT kind: warm and in butter served in a toasted hot dog roll.

The other way is like "lobster salad": cold and befouled with mayo.

What makes the crumbs stick together?

I have to admit...I've lived in the area for the past 3+ years and never new about B&W. It's actually located all of 5 minutes from my house. So, I went out a little while ago and got myself a crumb cake!

Thanks for the recommendation. Incidentally, if you're looking for good coffee in the same area, try this place: http://www.moondoggiecoffee.com/ (I'm drinking it with my crumb cake now).

I can't believe I never heard of this coffee house, right in my backyard no less!

Thanks for the tip, crb.

I know where I'm heading Monday morning for my mid-morning java blast.
