Great thought and if they do go to there own channel what will they do in the AM?? Maybe play O&A? then if you want O&A add nasium you can always listen to 202 but if you want fresh programing switch to the R&F flagship station.

Knowing XM it won't happen any time soon or with any speed, it took O&A 2 years to get rid of High Voltage (something they never wanted to) and it is still a month away from happening.

I don't think XM moves fast on anything.

3-7 (O&A's old timeslot) would be perfect for R&F, as it's not too late (for Tappy) and it's a major spot to be in.  And if R&F decide to do something like O&A with an XM/CBS deal, which I kinda doubt judging from Ron's reactions, they could easily move around their schedule to do so.Can't wait to be able to listen to R&F 24-7, it'll be like a Grateful Dead show!

Great thought and if they do go to there own channel what will they do in the AM?? Maybe play O&A? then if you want O&A add nasium you can always listen to 202 but if you want fresh programing switch to the R&F flagship station. Knowing XM it won't happen any time soon or with any speed, it took O&A 2 years to get rid of High Voltage (something they never wanted to) and it is still a month away from happening. I don't think XM moves fast on anything. Does this mean that R&F are going to be on AM radio. What am i to do

Considering that with the new job, I had to sacrifice XM on a whole (Netnanny restricts XMRadio.com, and I can't get a decent signal inside the building), if R&F play 24/7, that suits me just fine.  Now if O&A are doing a bit I don't like, I can flip to R&F. Also... as far as I know, the hideout signed a two year deal.  Could be wrong.  They've only done one year, as far as I know.

Ok cool, a new channel for Ron and Friends. But I think the lineup will look something like this. I did not put in times, because I don't want to speculate on timing.

New Shows for the Ron Channel.

1) The Ron and Sheepy Show 3 hours
2) the Ron and Fez show 1 hour
3) The BRC with Black Earl 3 hours
4) Perry Noid 2 hours on weekends.

The rest will be replays and Best of.

O&A having their own channel kinda blows - I like having both shows back to back. Okay, not really b/c of the O&A replay. Anyway... with that O&A "slip" today, things are gonna happen for R&F (duh). Speculate all you want - we just have to wait.

I was disappointed that there was no official announcement. Satellite of Love makes me believe there are changes coming,  but they're up in the air.Also...XM is broke. The stock price is a third of what it was a year ago, subs are lagging and shareholder lawsuits abound. Whatever move R&F make I think will be a relatively simple one. Like a switch of stations. I cannot imagine XM funding a whole new channel and bringing in additional talent. But then again I don't know crap. So, it's all just a guess.

I'm pretty sure, OnA will be programming this channel. So they'll
get the say of how its programmed and who will be on it. Just like HOO
HOO Howie programs his two channels. All-Day Howie and then on his
second channel, Bubba Douche, Fag Farrell and Tissue Time. I'm
pretty sure that's where XM is going with this. They have been on the
look out to add more TALK shows and since 152 hasn't been too
successful they're going to leave it up to OnA.
