I will put a hundred on it. He made a good point, Auburn hasn't really been blowing anyone out and Arkansas is a good football team. I agree with Earl. Auburn 24 - Arkansas 16.

Earl is not excellent, he is Perfect!

Remember this, Nobody beats Black Earl Douglas. NOBODY!

And to all you naysayers that say it was an obvious pick, well of course. It was the perfect pick. It isn't his job to pull bizarre, upset specials, it is his job to pick the lock of the week, snap on that perfect-plex and maintain his perfect record. Vegas makes the lines and Earl just exploits them and makes us money. It isn't his fault he is pure perfection and dealing with mere mortals.

Not only has this become a very well thought out bit. They obviously tried to put the capper on it with such an outrageous pick. The great thing is if he keeps making wild picks and wins, then the bit is still good. Once he is wrong Ron will hammer him, thus ending the bit. It's a win-win situation. In the meantime i'm mortgaging my house to bet on next week's pick by "Mr. Perfect."

I can't believe you guys are agonizing about the ups of downs of the games. When Mr Perfect throws a ball down the alley, he doesn't even look. He KNOWS it's a strike. When he shoots the ball from midcourt, it's swish. He doesn't have to look. When Mr Perfect gives out the Perfect Pick each week, you don't have to watch the game, or worry when a play goes against you, or worry when the score isn't favorable. Those are just mere annoyances. When the game is over, YOU WILL CASH. Just call up your bookie and tell him when you want the money, stand in line at the cashing window of your Vegas hotel, or do a neteller withdrawal from your offshore. You KNOW you will win, so just make arrangements to get the cash, and worry about where you'll spend it. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.

Wow, Earl dodged a bullet there. San Jose 70 yard TD called back for block in the back.
