Wow...talk about balls! This chick bolts from the wedding, sends the whole country looking for her and then comes back, gets left at the alter (good for him! she deserved it) and now she is sueing HIM for money? This chick needs a bat to the head to knock some sense into her. WHen you see pics of her, her eyes say "Helter Skelter"!

Here is some of the article

In it, Wilbanks seeks $250,000 as her share of a home Mason purchased through the partnership with proceeds from $500,000 received for selling their story to an agent, plus $250,000 in punitive damages for allegedly abusing the power of attorney she granted for him to handle their financial affairs, according to Atlanta television station WAGA, which reported on the lawsuit Monday night.

She also seeks the return of personal property she claims he has kept.

Didnt SHE catch a break by the state (or county?) not suing HER for the expense of her false missing person search?

Some people dont know when to leave well enough alone.

So she and her ex-fiance entered into a partnership and sold the story to and agent for $500,000 and she wants half of that money. What's wrong with that ?

I don't know about the power of attorney thing but it seems that she sould at least get $250,000.

He said in the interview something to the effect that the wedding was going to happen no matter what because it was A COMMITMENT TO GOD when he asked her to marry him.
