View Full Version : I hate myself right now.

When it comes to cereal I'm usually a good girl, shredded wheat (no sugar), Kashi, usually something thats at least a little good for me.

However I went to the store before and there was a sad and lonely box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch begging me to take it home.

I just had 2 bowls........and I feel like its gonna come out of my ears....I'm a slob.

I'm up and down with cereal. I will go a year without having any cereal. Then I go to the store, see some new ones and some old favorites and buy 5 boxes and eat it everyday for a month. I just never liked cinn toast crunch. Not my style. I like frosted flakes, trix, rasin bran all the old favorites.

I find the only cure for eating too much cereal is to have another bowl.

I have to buy cereals that I dont really like or else I do the same, eat the whole box within a couple days. Also, I had to switch to smaller bowls. Its true.

I used to gorge myself on cereal but not so much now since I switched to
soy milk. It's just not the same (but I still can polish off two big bowls
anyway). Just finished a box of Cracklin' Oat Bran. Delicious!

Eating too much cereal is just not possible.

Too much milk however, will do it. Try Skim or 1%, it's not as heavy so it won't fill your stomach as quickly.

My cereal MUST be loaded with sugar.....cant eat that plain, good for me stuff. Too bland and gaggy.

Love the cinnamon toast crunch or the waffle crisp. Yummy.

I'm Lactose intolerant, so I ate it with Lactaid skim milk. Still so much sugar though.
