You won't hear me say many negative words about the Ron and Fez show, but sometimes the wrestling talk gets a little out of hand. I understand that alot of people are big into wrestling and Ron and Fez themselves are, but you need to understand that if you don't know anything or care about wrestling it gets really tedious.

I have no problem with it in moderation, but it gets out of hand sometimes. Expecially when it's old school stuff. Frankly, I don't get alot of the nature boy bits, but I think they are funny because of the topical jokes. Andre was only mildly funny because I've seen the Princess Bride a bunch of times.

You know my love for Ron and Fez is almost unparalleled and I know wrestling is wildly popular, but it is also something that is either love or hate and it needs to be toned down a little...in my humbly unimportant opinion.

And, before you all start thinking I'm a puss for not liking professional wrestling, I'd like to add that I was a 3-sport athlete in high school and am a HUGE Baseball/football/hockey fan. I just was outside playing sports as a kid and not inside watching scripted ones. And, I have nothing against wrestling as entertainment per se...if you like it, GREAT. Watch it. Have fun. I just prefer more exciting sports and better written dramas.

I must preface my statements by stating that I am not a wrestling fan (unless it involves mud or jello).

The wrestling bits are the only stuff I don't enjoy on the show.

It's OK Dan. They don't do a lot of wrestling talk, really.

Fez hasn't done the Andre bit in awhile. So it's basically The Nature Boy, which can be funny to non-fans because he's topical.

Once and again a fan will challenge Fez on trivia, but that's it.

Do you remember when the show first started? They had Dot Commandos? I was the wrestling Dot Commando and called in about three times a week.

Put your fingers in your ears and hum the Battle Hymn of the Republic...it should help. :)
