When I bought my HP back in the summer of 1999 it was top of the line.  By now, as you can guess, it had become a little outdated.  I had put off an upgrade for a long time since everything seemed to still work.  Until yesterday.  I went and bought my first MP3 player and found out that it didn't support Windows 98 First Edition!  How dare it!  So, today I went to Best Buy and bought the XP upgrade.  It was actually on sale from $99 to $59.  So here I am in the new millenium.  Woot?

The positive thing is you skipped windows millenium, and windows 2000 and went straight to XP. Have you atleast updated the amount of ram and the hard drive size?</p>
