I've heard it a couple of times, probably 45 minutes in total.  It's premature to think that I can judge the show from that, but I found what I heard to be perfectly adequate, but it certainly didn't whet my appetite to hear more.

Their show consists of a long stream of douche chills, peppered with occasionally interesting moments. I like how they handled the mother-daughter stripper team, but somehow, perhaps because they were afraid to go too far, it eventually devolved into kindergarten type jabs.If they could just get rid of the fake radio voices, and be real (like the other fine folks at free fm), they could actually be alot more listenable.

I listened to their show... I give all the talk shows a shot but like Chris the Cop said they need to loose the "Radio Voice..." (in a radio voice) and the hack haha's... but I give them props for standing up to O&A... all in all... not to be a hater... but I really believe that with R-n-F on Free FM they are going to sling-shot past everyone as radio personalities. They will do Jay and Dave and everything... because they scratch right were people itch.

Her show never was with Danni and when I say that I mean yes she did a show with her but thats not where she belonged.She did a show 11pm-3am with jake fogelnest...Jake and Jackie...and when i listened it was the most fun i've ever had reminded me a lot of the dot com days.

THey have the best banter between them of any radio host. And the main problem I have with them is when they DO get into mature topics, they have it all the childish humour, and then can transfer too seriousness better than anyone. Mind you Ron & fez are my one and only love but I hate to say this JV & Elvis deserve the morning slot more than O & A. Not saying O & A are not funny, but let me put it this way, the only way I could listen to O & A are through their best ofs, I tried on a daily basis and it was pure and utter hell.

The really funny/retarded part here is, as O&A pointed out, people are calling up to shout DOGHOUSE on a radio station that will run JV & Elvis promos when it goes to commercial.They're not fighting a rival station during the same timeslot, they're calling the lead in show that's giving them ANY audience, screaming so fast you can't understand them and hanging up like they actually did something.I won't sit here and act like if someone got an O&A or R&F call in on another show I wouldn't chuckle, but it would be equally as useless.  That's why I personally wouldn't bother.Oh, and JV and Elvis suck black dicks.

This is what is really pissing me of about the Doghouse yahoos... all this in-station fighting is really costing them potential listeners.I have said this before....when they started, my first impression was hack radio ala Don and Mike but worse. At some point Opie said on air that they arent so bad and they deserve a shot. Thats right, Opie said that. I listened a little more since I figured that 9-10 AM slot needs whatever ratings it can get. After a little, I got to tolerating the show for driving to work and for background. O&A and R&F shows get a full listening from me, but I could turn JV&E on and off. Then O&A ran late one day and Opie and Jimmy thanked them on air for it and the rest is history. Now I can't give a shit about them as I'd still rather listen to music or mp3s of OA/RF. I am sure I am not the only one. Here is the ulitmate stupidity because between their beef with O&A, the Chick and now, and apparently for no reason R&F, they are alienating the listeners of three very popular shows on the same station. Fucking ponderous!

I was hung over, lying in bed today and turned on the radio. These guys were on, and as Ive said here before, I give them a listen here and there and am able to put up with them.Over the past few days, however, as their fans have been bothering the other shows ON THEIR OWN STATION (?),  Ive been being turned off to their whole concept.Never the less, I listened today. They actually yelled at one of their interns for laughing at something inappropriately. Then yelled at another one for interrupting soemone while they were talking. Uhhh...thats their whole show, isnt it? Laughing inappropriately and interrupting eachother with "whaaat?" and ill-timed gaffaws?Then, I think they fucked with the phones so that Nick Dipaolo would have a headache. Again, as Ive said before, if they would just drop the fake laughs and actually play a clip that I could hear before they comment on it, they MIGHT be listenable. Today however, thanks to their inability to do so, and their fans "attacking" the talented ones... I hereby pledge to change the channel between the hours of 9 and 12.

Then again, I can only take O&A in small doses any more. The thing with O&A was a mis-understanding. Then egos got involved...The thing with the Radio Chick started when, on the air, Butch accused JV&E of stealing their guests. I think this was a mis-understanding too since publicists book the same guests everywhere they can. Then egos got involved...I don't think there is any problem with R&F, just an idiot caller(s).  I think the only comment about R&F was the one time a caller said something to the effect JV&E should be fired and replaced by R&F. JV said Ron and Fez will be here soon. I've also heard these callers on Nick DiPaolo and that House of Wachs (Wax?) show last night. They've also put some comments on the NYRMB. This is harmless nonsense. Oh, and that isn't even a very good picture of JV's wife. She has her own web site somewhere.
