Lakisha and Simon kissing nearly made me puke, although Simon's remark about her lips made me chuckle. Her performance was pretty decent even though I dont know the song.

Jordin did really bad tonight and I'm really sad about it because I really like her. Her hair was really bad tonight....very skeeeeery.

Chris was eh....he's not winning me over.

Blake was great. His rendition was pretty neat with all the beat boxing and sound effects, I'm sure he'll be staying next week.

Melinda is Melinda, she'll be back next week.

Phil did really good tonight, he's doing good with his Cowboy thing.

Um what was up with Bush and his wife on the show? They had no idea what they were saying....it was such a trainwreck to watch. Ugh.

Melinda was great as usual, Lakisha is back on her game, and basically now it's a battle between the rest of them to stick around till the top three. Can't decide who I cared less about tonight though among those other four, although beatbox boy was at least original.

The judges were tough on ALL of them. The only performance that got praises from all was Jordin's first song. I think she did the best on both songs. (They each got 2 since there's only 4 left.) They had to sing Barry Gibb songs so that was tough also.

IMO last night went like this:
Jordin (Great first song, good second song and most interesting to watch)
Melinda (Sang well but very BORING performances, even judges said that)
LaKisha (First song was OK, second was better)
Blake (too much beat boxing, judges bashed him)

Think the final two will be Jordin/Melinda with Jordin barely winning. (I hope anyway!!)

Fat Thinks They Have Not Personalized The Contestants As Much As They Did Last Year, To The Detriment Of The Show.

As For The Final Three This Year, We Can Start By Eliminating Boy-Blake. He Just Is Not In The Same League As The Two Gals.

Now, Here Is The Sad Part: F_S Has Loved Melinda Since Day One. She Is The Best Singer Of The Three, And The Most Consistently Good. However, Fat Sadly Is Growing A Bit Tired Of Her "Deer-In-The-Headlights-Was I Really Good" Look At The End Of Each Performance. Although The Best Singer, Fat Cannot See Her Going On To A Blockbuster Pop-Diva Career.

Jordin Is Only 17. When She Sings Well, She Is Spectacular, But She Has Been Inconsistent. Consistency Will Come With Age And Experience, Though.

Jordin Has The Personality To Be A Blockbuster Diva, So Fat Is Changing The Vote He Has Had For 11 Weeks From Melinda To Jordin.

Tonight's Show Finale Was A HUGE Disappointment. Last Year, The Final Show Was A Mind-Numbing Razzle-Dazzle Extravaganza Of Audio And Visual Treats. It Really Was One Of The Best Couple Of Hours On TV All Of Last Year. Ask Ronnie B., He Would Agree (At Least Fat's Pretty Sure He Would).
