<p>Actually, I think it's a young actor in makeup (like the 6 flags commercials). This guy looks nothing like the original. He looks like someone who lost their lower jaw to bone cancer.</p>

<p>I think the shock value isn't as bad because of the Mr. Six commercials.&nbsp; Basically, ConAgra's popcorn sales went up because of them using a retro Orville Reddenbacher ad last year that they took out of mothballs, so they decided to try this.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The reason why retro works is exactly that - it's RETRO.&nbsp; Nobody wants to see an icon of the late 70's and early 80's using an Ipod.&nbsp; Even IF Orville was still alive today, people wouldn't believe him using an Ipod.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I'm not creeped out; it's just a bad commercial.&nbsp; Just like the animated Colonel from the KFC ads or &quot;Mr. Wendy, Unofficial Official Spokesperson&quot;.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
