From DCRTV......

Rats Invade XM - 1/30 - From the DC Post: If you hear some scratching noises on XM radio, it's probably not static - but it might be rats. The satellite radio's District headquarters is so infested with the furry little critters that the company has gone to the rat-eradication equivalent of DefCon 1. "Those of you familiar with DC rodents know that we're looking at the size of small house cats," writes XM senior VP Dan Turner in a memo sent to employees.....

Yeah, I've heard of rats before....seen them on TV but I've never seen one. Alberta is rat free, we have a patrol that kills them at the border before they get in.

God love good use of taxpayer money.

the inflatable rats are put up by Unions to try and turn a scap job (non-union). it usually is followed by trades men yelling and screaming curse words, blowing whistles and holding up signs. we would all be drunk when we were going them to make the time go by and to stay warm.

All the years I was a union carpenter I NEVER saw that fucking rat once!

I only ever had one day off on strike too. Our union was weak and corrupt so they didn't fight for things.
