I missed the interview today because of a meeting, but they said on air the publicist thought it was the best interview of the tour. What did you guys think of it?

I could barely hear Kareem.
I thought it was Roger Murdock.

I wish they would have asked him about the DC incident called the Hanafi takeover, where some hanafi muslims took hostages and (i believe) killed some people at his house that he owned on 16th street in nw dc. I had to handle these guys when they were arrested. militant, deadly fellows. he was oout oftown at the time, but would have loved his perspective on the incident. Good to hear humility in his voice. was a major prima donna, understandable.

If he was actually playing now, it would have meant more. Plus, no calls from fans to ask q's made me think it may have been scripted (possibly recorded earlier). Big deal, Earl. Get some NEW talent on the show and don't think you are off the hook for fucking up many times over.

As usual Ronnie B proved himself the Roy Hobbs of radio "the best there ever was"... he handled the interview better than anyone... he stayed away from the roob questions and not just focus on BBALL... Ron opened the phones up to plenty of callers... who asked good questions... and he aknowledged that if he had seen a caller with a question regarding Airplane he would have taken it... as I posted in the listening thread today... Just when you think Earl can't get any DUMBER... he totally redeems himself.

I loved when the Midnight Rider theme started to play in the middle of the interview.
