Just take the pic to a T Shirt shop. They can do a silk screen that will last.

For the cost of a custom silk screen it better last forever. That's if they'll do a single shirt for you.

There are many iron on's out and they are pretty good. They will last longer than the Rider, that I know.

We considered doing a Rider shirt because people were interested in it. However, given that no one know the shelf life of the Rider gimmick and the turnaround in producing shirts, it didn't make a lot of sense. I'd go the transfer route. you can pick up sheets at Staples, and the ones that they've come out within the last few years work pretty well. My daughter has some t-shirts that we've put custom transfers on, and they still look strong after many, many washes.

Only problem with a transfer sheet is you're gonna have that one, huge area on your chest that gets no ventilation. I bought some band's T-shirt once that had the printer lay down a huge block of white ink before they printer the artwork. It made the picture look outstanding and had a lot of detail, but it left a sweaty spot right where the big block of ink was. I can only guess a transfer might do that too.

I'd prefer a print, but we're gonna have to take what we can get. I suggest anyone who does the transfer remembers to keep the size of the picture a reasonable size, kinda like yomudder did.

Yes, I wish I had a nice, cool beer right now.
